Still Becoming: My Story

Hey, I'm Britt.

I am a mom of four, a writer, a dreamer--and most of all, a woman who's been healed by the love of Jesus.

For most of my life I walked in silence, carrying shame, rejection, and the weight of a past I didn't know how to talk about. I spent years searching for love, worth, and acceptance in all the wrong places, only to be left empty and broken. 

​

But then--God. 

He met me in the middle of my pain, my sin, and my brokenness. He didn't wait for me to be whole to love me--He stepped into the mess and began to lovingly restore what life had tried to destroy.

Healing in the Hidden Places is more than a blog--it's my testimony. 

This is where I pour out the kind of hope and encouragement I wish I had in my darkest seasons. Here you'll find raw stories, biblical truth, devotionals, journal prompts, and Spirit-led words that remind you: your pain has purpose, and healing is still possible.

This is a safe space for the woman who: 

• Feels unseen or forgotten

• Is healing from trauma, shame, or heartbreak.

• Wants to know God's love is real--even in the places no one else sees.

I am not here as an expert--I'm here as a sister in Christ. I'm still learning, still healing, still becoming. And I pray every post reminds you that you're not alone, and you've never been too far gone for God's love.

You are still becoming.

You are still chosen. 

And healing is still possible--you don't have to do it alone.
